McGrath Properties purchased this property which includes 19 acres of land and 432,000 square feet of warehouse/office building in December 2005. This is one of the largest properties in the Oakland/San Leandro market, with over seven acres of developable land.

The property was purchased from WP Carey with one existing tenant, Charcoal Companion. After closing escrow, McGrath Properties leased the remaining warehouse space to Portfolio Productions. McGrath Properties is working with CB Richard Ellis to lease the surrounding land and the remaining 80,000 square feet of buildings.
