Alberto Garcia joined McGrath Properties in August of 2002 as a property manager. He works closely with the owners and tenants of the properties in order to ensure that these projects perform well for both. Alberto oversees the day to day operations of the projects and works with outside vendors in order to maintain the performance of the buildings and their systems. He is also the primary contact for all of the tenants at the various projects. Alberto oversees all tenant improvements, working closely with ownership, tenants and contractors.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining McGrath Properties, Alberto worked for various companies in the customer service and quality control industries.

Education
Alberto has a B.A in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently completing Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from BOMA.
