In December 2002, a McGrath Properties affiliate, Lathrop LLC, acquired a 271,075 square foot industrial building and warehouse site on 13.2 acres of land in Lathrop, California. This facility is a state-of-the-art industrial complex and is located within the master planned mixed-use Crossroads Commerce Center. Amcor, one of the world’s largest packaging companies, is the current tenant.
