McGrath Properties formed a joint venture with Shea Properties and BRIDGE/Build, to be the master developer for the $300 million mixed-use project at the MacArthur BART station. Each partner owns a 33% interest in the venture. McGrath Properties is the Project Manager and responsible for securing the entitlements for the project with Shea Properties.

Shea Properties
Livermore, CA

Jaeger Vineyards

McGrath Properties has entered into a joint venture agreement with Napa Valley’s Jaeger Vineyards to entitle substantial property holdings located in American Canyon. This property will be developed as a mixed use development of commercial and residential uses. McGrath Properties and the Jaeger Family hold a 50% interest in the venture. McGrath Properties is the Project Manager and responsible for securing the entitlements for the project.
