When John Tudal ("Tudal") joined McGrath Properties in 1999, he brought with him over 22 years of real estate financing expertise. Specializing in the origination and placement of permanent financing for large, well established developers based throughout Northern California, Tudal has arranged well over $1 billion in construction and permanent loans with over thirty institutional accounts. He holds a California General Contractors License and Real Estate Brokers License and is a past director of the Northern California Mortgage Bankers Association.

Professional Experience
Tudal is one of the founding shareholders of Mason McDuffie Financial Corporation (MMFC), one of California's largest privately-owned income property mortgage banking operations. Tudal joined MMFC's predecessor Mason McDuffie Co. in 1977, and in 1979 opened a branch office in Sacramento for the origination of new business within California's Central Valley. This office was consolidated with the formation of MMFC in 1982.

Tudal holds a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley with a minor in Business Administration (Accounting/Real Estate/Business Law).
