As the Asset Manager for McGrath Properties, Inc., Kathleen is responsible for overseeing the properties managed by McGrath Properties, Inc. and keeping them fiscally and physically sound. She scrutinizes each project in order to establish goals and strategies to maximize investment returns. She also oversees multi-year capital improvement plans, monitors construction and renovation projects, and keeps project investors updated with her reporting duties.

Professional Experience
For the past 10 years Kathleen has been working in real estate, construction, and property management in the Bay Area. While previously working for City-Core Development, Inc., in San Francisco, Kathleen oversaw the Owner-end management of office, retail, industrial and residential spaces throughout California and Arizona.

Education
Kathleen received her B.A. in Cognitive Science at the University of California at Berkeley.
