100 & 130 Webster Street, Oakland

In August 2001, McGrath Properties acquired a two building office complex in Jack London Square. McGrath Properties has invested $2 million upgrading the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems of both buildings. The project is 85% leased. 130 Webster currently serves as the headquarters for McGrath Properties.
