Calloway Business Park

In 2011, McGrath Properties acquired the 46,000 square foot Calloway Court Business Park. The three-acre site consists of two buildings housing 24 commercial condominiums, plus an adjacent 1.7 acres of vacant land.

The site, just off Highway 99, is home to businesses including Mobility Systems, Rexel Electrical Supply, and Wholesale Outlet HVAC Supply.

Because the business park is under condominium ownership, McGrath Properties manages the Owners Association and owns numerous units that are rented to commercial tenants.
