MyStorage, Phase II

McGrath Properties has plans to develop the southern end of the MyStorage property, which holds two underutilized buildings and a large parking lot.

Before construction can start on Phase II, the site has to be remediated and subsequently approved by the Regional Water Quality Control Board, a process with which McGrath Properties has extensive experience.

The development has been submitted to the City of Oakland Planning Department for project approval and will serve as an extension of MyStorage.
