In 1998, McGrath acquired this 1.1-acre West Oakland site from Red Star Yeast, where it had formerly served as employee parking.
McGrath redeveloped the site into a 215-stall public parking lot serving the active West Oakland BART station, and plans to entitle the site for residential units plus commercial space.
